End-User License Agreement

1. Definitions

   • "Agreement" means this End-user License Agreement as amended from time to time.
   • "Geniusheets.com" means the owner and licensor of the Template – Geniusheets.
   • "Template" means any template purchased and downloaded from geniusheets.com’s website.
   • "Single Use" means the use of the Template for personal use only by the end-user and specifically excludes any commercial or sublicensing purposes.
   • "You" and "Your" refers to the end-user and licensee.

2. License Grant

   Upon purchase, geniusheets.com grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template solely for Single Use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (“License”). This License does not grant any rights to adapt, modify, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Template in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

3. License Restrictions

   You are expressly prohibited from:

   • Reproducing, distributing, or making the Template available to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
   • Using the Template for any commercial purposes, including providing services to third parties.
   • Creating derivative works or adaptations based on the Template.

4. Refund Policy

   Due to the nature of the digital product, all sales are final. However, if you encounter technical issues with the Template, please contact us within [X] days of purchase, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. No Assignment

You may not assign or attempt to assign or otherwise transfer or encumber any right or obligation arising out of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and its subject matter are governed by the laws of Italy. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with this Agreement and its subject matter.

14. Privacy and Data

Geniusheets respects your privacy. No personal information is collected via the Template. Any data entered into the Template is strictly for your use and is not stored or shared by geniusheets.com.
